The Ultimate Bootcamp Challenge is a 2 hour fitness course that will push your body to the limits and beyond. You’ve conquered the 5k mud run in less than 60 minutes? Then why not put your fitness and mental abilities to another true test? During the 2 hour UBC, you will be tasked with many traditional exercises such as push ups, sit ups and burpees. Most of the exercise stations will be timed anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes, so whether you are a fitness freak or just a beginner, you can set your own pace.
